How to become a Coach


1.     Submit a resume and cover letter with your experience and your reasons why you want to coach. Include your strengths and weaknesses and coaching experience.

2.     Once received, we will schedule an interview with the Bulls DOC and Bulls Technical Director.

3.     Once approved you will need to do the following things,

4.     Submit a copy of your driver’s license

5.     Complete Abuse training Certification, a log in will be provided by the club.

6.     Register as a coach/Volunteer on the Bulls Website.

7.     Complete a SCYSA and US Club Background Check.

8.     Submit any coaching education Licenses and Diplomas you may have. USSF and United Soccer Coaches (USC) formally the NSCAA

9.     If you do not have any you need to create an account on the USSF Learning Center and start taking the online Courses.

a.     Introduction to Grassroots Coaching

b.     Introduction to Grassroots Coaching

c.      7v7 Online Course/ Or in Person Course

d.     9v9 Online Course/Or in Person Course

e.     11v 11 In Person Course

f.       D Course- To be a Head Coach at U13 or Above you will need a D License through USSF.

10.  All Coaches are on a 6 Month Probationary Period and will be evaluated by the DOC or Technical Director during their Probation Period.
