Every LEAD dollar is dedicated to one or more of five priorities:

• Player Development: Training, technology and programs
• Coach Development: Education, licensing and certifications
• Leadership Development: Training, mentorship and service opportunities for players
• Community Access: Financial aid, scholarships and outreach
• Club Excellence: Future field acquisition and development, facilities and technology

Founding Members also receive exclusive recognition, membership benefits and a founder rate locked for their first three years. Annual founder pricing includes one month free.
