2026-2027 Age Group Information

Bulls Rush FC and U.S. Youth Soccer will be adapting the Age Group Formation for the 2026-2027 season and beyond.

Why the Change?

• Helps reduce the number of “trapped players” (those separated from classmates due to the calendar-year cutoff).
• Better aligns youth soccer teams with the school-year cycle.
• Belief that reverting to the pre-2017, Aug. 1–July 31 age group format will best support player development and improve overall balance and participation across youth soccer.
• Three of the major soccer governing bodies, including US Club, US Youth Soccer, and the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), are all following the adjusted age group cutoff dates.

Who: Birth dates July 2020 to July 2015 - Boys & Girls

SELECT U13-U19 Tryouts

Who: Birth dates July 2014 to December 2007 - Boys & Girls

Players who register for an evaluation after May 22nd:

The office will receive your registration and forward the player's contact information to the Age Group Coordinator of your age group. They will arrange for an evaluation at our team practice or at one of our summer programs.

Official season starts August 3, 2026 and goes through May 31st, 2027. Age Groups U8-U14 are committed for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 seasons. Age Groups U15-U19 only participate in the Fall 2026 season.
