will be using 3 sites for
our tournament and have
several services to
accommodate your stay in the
wonderful city of Aiken.

Orders must be in by Aug.
23. Cost for shirts at the
tournament will be $20.

Hire a Photographer – Each team will be assigned a time for
a team photo during the
Aiken Cup and you can
request
a photographer to take those
quality action shots of your
child or team during a game.

Team Registration – Please have all documents ready for
Friday night registration on
Aug. 27, 5pm-10pm, at
Newberry Hall. Check the
website for details and
directions. Every team must
have:
1. Current Player Cards for
2010/2011 season. No
exceptions.
2. Team roster for 20010/2011
season.
3. Guest Players be properly
registered with player card.
4. Player Liability Release form
completed with signatures of
parents for every player.
Refer to our website for
downloads.
5. Permission to travel for all
teams attending from Georgia
and North Carolina, unless
using US Club cards.
6.
Teams attending
tournament with US Club
cards must pay an additional
$50 insurance fee
requested by South Carolina
Youth Soccer Association.
You may pay this at
registration when showing
your cards.

Game Day Information
1.
Player Cards – Referees will not check cards on the
field, but Managers/Coaches
must have them available for
injuries, yellow/red cards.
Referees will verify with
Coach that someone has them
on the field.
2.
Scores – Referees will complete the game cards and turn
in to a tournament official
for posting.
3.
Trainer Services – Trainers are available at all
locations and to be used for
injury requests only.
4.
Changes in schedules due to weather will be posted on
website
www.aikensoccercup.org
